In August, the Bonny View Hotel buzzed with excitement as we hosted our annual Trivia Night, attracting an impressive crowd of friends, family, sponsors, current and former players, and passionate supporters. The evening unfolded with a blend of fun, food, trivia challenges, enticing raffles, and spirited auctions — all in a sea of blue and white.
This memorable night wouldn't have been possible without the tireless efforts of our exceptional volunteers. A raffle with lots of great prizes thanks to the WONDERFUL Louise and some very generous companies and individuals. The auction was plenty of fun to watch as always as Tim rallied the bidders to spend big on some great rugby gear. Michael kept the evening flowing as the MC. Thanks to Moses, Abi and Kate for crafting those brain-teasing questions that kept everyone on their toes. A HUGE thank you also to Wayne who helped out everywhere all night. Congratulations to the Best Dressed - Bec T, Madi and Lachlan. Well done to our smartest table of the night The Piners, and our Wooden Spoon winners were grinners too with some nice comfy socks to take home.
Beyond being a fantastic celebration of all things Pumas, the night successfully raised funds for much-needed training gear for the club. Anticipation is already building for more fundraising events to come in 2024.
